Who's behind Charrière-Music?

Charrière-Music was born from a passion: keeping folk music from here and elsewhere alive, and making it accessible to everyone. As a musician, teacher and entertainer, I offer music lessons, bands for your events and a shop specializing in folk instruments. Whether you dream of playing the schwyzerörgeli, discovering yodeling or livening up an evening with a 100% live band, I'll guide you with patience, good humor and high musical standards. Behind Charrière-Music is Marc Charrière, a musician who has been performing on stage for over 15 years, eager to pass on and share the music that moves him.

You really connected with the audience, it was great... When people at the back of the room are dancing, you know you've nailed the evening! The crew didn't want to bring people up on stage to dance (that was the original plan), and I think it was even better that way... People were dancing in the aisles and it created an amazing atmosphere in the tent...!
